  • Dents...

Ok so I have talked with a few people and they have said it can be up to $100-$60 per dent to be pulled on a car... I have about 4-5 (most came with the car, and some hit me at the bar with there door) that is way to much money... so anyone ever used this:

    The Ding King Dent Puller:
    • Kit includes two pulling tabs, one bottle of release agent, 3 glue sticks, a knockdown tool and a glue scraper
    • Specially formulated glue is designed to release before it risks damaging your vehicle's original finish. Release agent removes any residual glue
    • Comes in a sturdy, compact box
    • Model No. TWD218R

    Price $29.99

Link doesn't go to product. I would go to the dent clinic or a similar place and get a quote from them... who knows, maybe it wont be that much.

Use at your own risk I am sure... probably sometimes works and other times doesn't.

Hey if Calgary had a Dent Clinic Like CrackMaster Glass I suggest you go there Like Mr. Burns suggested. I wouldn't take my chances with the $29.99 Tool.

Memorial and Edmonton Trail, that's where the dent clinic is.

I have no experience with them though.

Actually you'll pay probably close to $100 for the first one, but if you do them all at the same time the additional ones will be at around $25 each. I've been to the dent clinic in Edmonton and was happy with the service and work done.

I went to the dent clinic, they did a good job, but they polished the door and left a bunch of swirls.

Dents are strange as the metal has been stretched and you can use all kinds of tools to pull them but unless you know how the metal is going to react you can make a bigger mess. Take it to a pro. Or find something to practice denting and pulling the dents.

                    Re: Dents...

That ding king is crap for real dents.

Imagine if you pushed in the hood or a big panel, enough that it caves in a bit. If you could push on the other side and expect it to pop back out, that's all the dent king does. So if someone kicks your door panel while wearing a fuzzy slipper, it would probably be fine. But true dings from other doors etc actuall make a harsh bend or fold in the metal - no pulling with a few suction cups will make that magically repair itself.
