2000 Gti Vr6

I'm new to the boards but I hope my car can grow with this community as I will. I now have a stock 2000 GTI VR6 12V and I would like to start upgrading it for performance value. I was just curious on what you all thought should be the first few upgrades I should get. Thank you all.

Bolt on mods don't do that much for the VR6... I would (and did) start with an exhaust/intake. It will give you a few extra hp, but it will sound awesome. You could also PM Boy Racer to inquire about an upsolute chip that will bump you up a couple ponies.
