And ya, maybe heavily modded, 180hp but the torque would be twice whats stock in a 1.8 at that point :P


either way, you wont get a mk4 diesel in any kind of decent shape for 10k

Yeah that is some mad torque, you can rip out some stumps and break some clutches

ah yes i have decided to go with the mk3 cause ill have some $$ left over for some mods my max is 10$ cause i dont want to go in debt so after i buy the car all my pay checks will go into mods

whats considerd a early diesel? the engine doesnt change on the 99.5 + the new tdi engine came out in 97's and from 93-97 were the 1.9L TD whats a mk4 whats it do? and whats a mk3? and mk3 style?? im ****** confuse and im prepared for a little smoke.

2004+ TDI is a 'PD' (100 BHP) before that they were 90 BHP. Plus about 25 lbft.
