I am assuming that by "shop worker" you are refering to a Certified Journeyman Automotive Technician. That's nice.
Like GTIguy said, Techs/Service Managers DO know all about you and your service history and you car (remember that sienfeld episode with the mechanic who stole his car cuz he wasn't taking care of it), and they will remember the last time you were in and for what. And if you are repeatedly bringing your car in for what looks like hard and bad driving, they will call you on it.
LOL ok, and since I dont bring it in repeatedly. Also everytime I bring it in for service I talk to the tech as well and he says everything is in perfect working order. I even ask if anything should need replacing by next service they always say no. But oh well people are going to have different views on this oppinion of mine and argue what I wanted to be a simple post on my bad experience at NL ONCE AGAIN, Oh well guess all the SA's knew that Iw as going to say that cause they know everything about me. I guess also they know my criminal records or wahtever else as well?? Or who I hang out with lol. Last time when my friends car was in their cause his MFA blew out and everything the SA/techs wouldnt even talk infront of us they would talk behind out backs so we couldnt hear what they were saying. They would never look us right in the eye if something they said angered us, whats to be scared of they know us inside and out right?? Well my 2 cents, argue all you want lol its funy

Another thing I might as well chime in on, downshifting is not "manditory". Last time I checked brakes where alot cheaper and easier to replace then a clutch or tranny. It is a mroven fact that you can feel free to stop the vehicle any ways you please as the parts cost will be the same in the end, but the labour.... well I am sure you can guess which will be cheaper.

You can go out and trash one ANYONE out there, but as soon as someone says something back that might put you into question, people ask it to be PM'ed so no one else is able to get the other side of the story?

I don't need anyone telling me how to drive my car, just because he saw me "bag it". Everyone bags their car once in a while.
I own a luxury econobox..is that an oxymoron?

Was telling about a bad service experience like many of the people like to here and of course have some of their own. And put what into question? that someone said the exact same thing as the dealership SA? Also accusing me of doing things that only I would know if I did or not and putting words into my mouth that is why it was asked to be pmed and kept private.
And what are you talking about certain people have no balls?? Because they closed the thread or what??

Generally once people start bashing each other, posts go downhill. The previous topic (did you even read it?) was going nowhere fast, which is why it was locked. While it's obviously not important to you, I find it nice to come to a mature discussion board. Chill out. As mentioned above, the dealership vs. owner arguments could go on forever.
