  • Neat rubstrip idea

I've never seen this before... this guy matched the door strip to the sidemarker. It kinda looks like the strip flows through a little into the front rubstrip. I think it looks okay and props for originality. A good DIY mod too.

Looks good, but a bit too much going on with that and the bronze wheels.

I'm not diggin it. (I cant stand black rubstrips... they just make me think "base model") As always, props for originality.

I am unsure on this look, but it could be the wheels throwing me off. I do like black rubstrips though, especially on MK3s

I agree with the wheel criticism... I can see what he was trying to do with the gold but I don't think its working, the wheels might look better in black.

i think it looks 100 times better on red cars. but you have to get the euro rubstrips for the front and back too

I don't think I'm a fan. Bringing back the retro early MK3 look.

Blue and gold is giving off too much WRX aura to judge the black fairly for me. Although I like WRXes.

It does seem off somehow though.

Just needs a hood scope I like the idea but the rims totally kill the whole look.

That does make it look better. I like it, but that could be because i'm used to looking at MK3's with textured moldings all the time.

If you wanted to go really crazy you could make them outta Carbon Fibre like the MK3 ones I posted.
