  • Would it be Beneficial to install a 4Bar...

    ...a 4Bar FPR when chipped??

Has anyone done this and did it help??

    TIA.

I don't know if there is much need for a bigger FPR. You could run an EGT and see if you get temp spikes when you drive hard. If it gets too hot, then maybe more fuel may be needed. I don't know the specs on the factory injectors but you may need that too if you are going to need more fuel.

I've never done it though so I don't know for sure.

Instead of a 4 bar FPR, perhaps buy an abjustable FPR. You can then tune it to the exact point at which you feel you are providing engouh fuel and rich enough to keep the engine cool.

      www.vwturbo.com sells them

either way will work. with an adjustable you'll have run on a dyno to really make sure you're adjusting it right.
