      I am doing this swap in two weeks ....i have the gti. and he has a gli with votex front should be hot .... anyone know what has to be done for wiering both cars hve fogs

        hoods, front fenders and front bumpers/grills/headlights must be swapped

        as far as fogs go nothing special has to be done if they are on the headlights already as you'll both have the exact same wiring.. just hook it up and it should work.

        can't wait to see the finished product come spring..
