      Ok guys going to go into the dealership tmw and talk to them just tell them my situation hopefully it goes well. And its most likely my clutch thats gone not the transmission right??

      Well i'll keep you posted on how it goes

        Anyway or ideas when I go talk to the dealership tmw what to tell them and in the small chance they will fix my clutch/transmission whatever the problem is, under warrenty or is there no way they will?

          Nothing you can tell them will make them honour warranty.....its what they look at and determine is the problem....Of course, if they come out and say it will cost you $800 to repair, you can always then ask, is it covered or is there any way it can be covered under warranty..nothing more you can do....except a different dealership...

            Ok thanks, hehe well looks like I will probably get owned by the dealership but we'll see how it goes. But I guess the aftermarket parts dont help hehe

              Clutch is usually considered a wear and tear item, you can't blame them for not warrantying it. I could fry mine on a tank by driving like an idiot feathering, dumping. They could blame anything that could create more power for it.

              Basically, I think you are just gonna have to pay to replace it yourself, either aftermarket or stock.

                Ya very true thats what i was thinking, just odd that it would go so fast, havnt been driving like a maniac at all. And when my friends went around the same time he was barely driving it, always going the speed limit etc. but oh well guess **** happens
