I would rather introduce my genitalia to a rabid, PCP addicted ferret than go to C1 again.

They lost my business forever over not owning up to and replacing a $15.00 perfect match bulb in a gauge. A bulb that they killed by not installing the appropriate circuitry.

Pony up the extra couple of bucks and have it done at a dealership. Actual VW certified mechanics are a good thing.

Dont be too fast to jump on the C1 hating bandwagon, yes they leave alot of things to desire. But they were the first and are the only place in town to carry parts for our cars IN STOCK and actually know a little bit (of course not as much as us because they're all air-cooled guys at heart), but they try. And being the biggest FK dealer in canada now, they can beat any price on any FK product anywhere else.

But yes, they have screwed up a few times on my car.
