i'd do a shiny black instead of flat and other than that that car is freaking HOT..it has a quad m3 style exhaust which i still want to do to my car

the stickers are a little much but it is sponsored and a show car so.. plus he's sponsored by ATI so you know he's rocking the latest radeons

ps speaking of stickers.. the top of his hood. .the underside of my carbon is going to be like that. i just have to get them made still

      so far i have

      newveedub.com
      apple sticker (bling!)

      need to add

      pioneer
      H&R
      Bilstein
      APR
      Jaz wheels
      Fuzion
      lacoste gator

      should be tight!

Yea, I saw that on vortex a while ago. The guy put ALOT of work into it. I don't mind the way it looks, but the sponsorship stickers are way too much. There are some other pics of it on the tex', and he has a killer dual exhaust set-up!

I think everyone would agree that cars look better without all the stickers, but sponsors are only sponsors to get the name out, so ya gotta flash the trash to get some help...

Pretty outstanding job, the widebody looks pretty good and the two tone paint follows the best line I have yet seen on a Jetta. The flat black is teh hotness.

                    Re: Widebody Jetta

FYI the 2 tone is done using vinyl...not paint
I liked the car better with Supermeshes on it

Yes, the black is done in Vinyl. I like the Supermesh style better than the Hiro's too, especially with the bigger lip on the Mesh's, but he needs to change the look up every year and this is what Axis put forth for him...

BTW, the fellow's name is Jay Jimenez out of Ontario. He is a member of the HardcoreDubs show team and has been on the show circuit in both Canada and the U.S. for a few years now. He has won numerous awards for his work and I have been lucky enough to have a hand in this car helping with getting him sponsors and what-not from the early days, so I feel a bit connected to the entire project, even though Jay gets all the credit... (note the wee little CMS logo on the bottom corner near the front door/fender... lol!)

Notice the reddish areas around the door lines Vinyl cut too short or something? Guess it would be hard to wrap around completely.
