I've found canada post is just as good, if not better than UPS or Fedex.

CanPost for smaller stuff, Greyhound for large stuff (Wheels are kind of border-line in size)

I know both greyhound and canpost have online price calculators, so if you have the weight, size, and postal codes, you'll be able to find the price.

i dont know if this is already done, but i make trips back and forth to van every 2 weeks or so and have friends coming back and forth all the time.
depending on if these are brand new (kinda sound like it) then i would assume they came from tiretrends.ca . if they did they ahve a good shipping policy. if not i got my tires sent over by purolator no problems for pretty cheap
