Which brand of bulbs for ecodes?

Hey guy's so yea in theory i'm buying some new lights and i'm trying to score some bulbs for them what are most of your running just ricer bulbs from local or silverstars or??? and in theory i'll have some foglights so i need to buy a harness so i may end up slipping down to c1 tommorow and getting one on sale if they even carry them (i guess i can phone)


ps.. tape behind bumper is gone!! i killed it tonight!

I'm running Silverstars, only bulb that I can think of that is better would be Osrams which are basically the euro version of Silverstars, not sure where you can get them from though.

well i have silverstars in my stock lights and they work quite well but there might be something better out there like piaa's or something for ecodes.. i dunno

My PIAA's cost me close to $100/pair or something ridiculous like that from Contemporary Motorsports...the color is a little whiter than the Silverstars I was running before (the difference is more noticeable on my H1's I use for foglights than the H7's in my main headlights)...was it worth it? Probably not.

When my e-codes (courtesy of ebay) come in, I'll probably just stick either the silverstars or those crappy bulbs c1 sells in there...

Dont be so ghetto Ryan! HID's or nothing....
(especially if you are spending 100 on bulbs.. HID kits are about 2-300 more...)

well i got these lights for a 'hella' sweet deal so i'm gonna rock them.. i may ricer it up and toss in a ebay hid kit and see how it works.. i rarely drive my car at night anyways lol

My e-codes have the Philips blue vision bulbs. They're damn white!!
