  • Removing the Stock Radio

Anyone have a good idea for a substitute radio removal tool? or anyone in the Edmonton area have one that I can use?

I still cant get my face plate back on with anything but power and volume, stuck on one station and cant use the cd player so I gotta get this worked out before big holiday drives.

    Cheers

    Chris

I'm now sitting in my office whittling plastic knives based on the template.

Here's a tip - make the plastic keys really pointy. If you make the slope of the point too steep, it will get "caught". But if you make the slope of the points very gradual, it will slide easilly.

At least this tip helped me...

I used credit cards and it was a *****. If you have a double din stereo my only suggestion is 2 people because all 4 tabs need to be pushed in (and they tend to pop out as soon as you start wiggling).
