What would be the easiest way to get leather seats into a car that doesn't have them? Short of buying all new seats that is. Is getting them wrapped in leather an option? If so were abouts do you go for something like that?

Well if the price is right and there heated, then I'm defintly interested. Its just to bad you can't get Golfs in leather.

If I had cloth seats, I would spring for some aftermarket seats. It will be much more comfortable than VW's OEM seats, especially the jetta ones which are pretty mediocre. R32 seats or Recaro's are much better.

You could have your seats recovered but I think that would be the same price as finding OEM leather seats. The advantage here is you could do something custom such as alcanterra or 2-tone colors or something like that!

turbovolks here on the board had his golf seats recovered. for front and back seats and arm rest and all doors redone I think it was just a bit over $2000 for two tone with VW stitched in the headrests.

you can definately find stuff cheaper than that, but it wont be as custom as 2 tone.

Yeah I'm really not looking for anything fancy, just straight black leather.
