Phatbox question

Ok maybe i'm an idiot (ok not maybe) but the other day i loaded another "playlist" to my Phatbox so i had my music and my wife had hers, but when i am looking for new tunes i usually just push button 4 (artists) till i find somthing i want. Now with both playlists on it the artist button lists every artist in BOTH playlists. I thought when it was in a certain playlist it only looks for artist etc in that list? If not why make different playlists? So what am i doing wrong?

I think it's 2. For Specific Playlists (discs) but the Album and Artists are all the music loaded in the DMS Cartrige. So, if you want to listen to just your music then you will have to just listen to the playlist that you have made.

TDI DUB is correct. If you push the "2" button, it will only search the desired playlist.

Yeh but when you select a playlist it will play all those tunes but if you hit 4 (artists) it list every artist on the hardrive. I just got an e-mail back from phatnoise and they said it can't be done oh well i still think its the coolest thing ever for my trunk! Thanks guys.
