Turned on the t.v. and it said that a state of emergancy for downtown, along the Elbow some other areas and out to Earlton. Will be details at 11 o'clock on A-Channel Is the river flooding or something? Was downtown at lunch and the Elbow was very high.

yea there gonna start sand baggin near mcloed and 17th cause that rivers so high

i just came home from downtown and took 4th st to check out the river and they had it all blocked off everywhere since it was so high.
