I have searched here and vortex for a diy removal guide for the rear bumper and havnt found anything. Anyone have any info for me before i start to take it off this weekend to get its re-paint? Im hoping its as simple as the front bumper.

Re: Rear bumper removal
Once you take the tails out, it is actually pretty easy. And don't worry, you'll probably get 90% done and then realize you missed about 10 little screws! Just make sure you get everything so your not pulling the threaded screws with the bumper.
By the way, I saw your car on 17th last Saturday (SCN) and it looks sick with those wheels! I really wanted to get those, but I'll have to find something different now. We can't have two black jetta's with Supermesh's now can we.Last edited by Smarty39; 06-17-2005, 03:27 PM.Kyle
