All I was asking is if I could test my system, if it worked I would have taken it... but $175 for a part that I may not need... It only would have taken 2min not even!!!

Ya but what if you plugged it in, it fried the part and you returned it saying it didn't work? I would start doing some searches around the net I am sure you can come up with some troubleshooting guides.

first of all if it's the pump the alarm will not go off..you will have no power locks.

open your two front doors and pull back the rubber boots and check for
broken wires. easy fix some solder and tape..

and make sure if you have a factory radio it's all the way pushed in it also can affect the alarm system..

                      Re: Help!

i agree it sounds like a door harness problem, maybe even a lower ignotion switch. You may have morre than one problem. i work at nl maybe i can be some help.

                        Re: Help!

ok so here is what is going down:

I was going through my car and found that fuse 21 was blown, like Dave said. I went and got a new one replaced my fuse and it all seemed to be ok... the doors were going up and down fine all that good stuff so I was but I went to test the locks again and the door locked fine! But then when I went to open them again... SLAP! Alarm starts going off and I could see that fuse 21 had blown again, so I am taking it that this is being cause by the whole crappy wire thing in my door jams. Any other ideas?

I just went back out to my car as the alarm had shut up and I was going to see if I could move it... opened the door and SLAP... BEEP BEEP BEEP

Now this is just starting to piss me and all the people on my block off!

yeah got all the parts! and seem to have shut the car about again... I can move it now but I am not going to lock it until you have looked at it

I went through and taped up all the wires and **** like that, so maybe once the lock is in we will be all good!

                                Re: Help!

Tape may not be good enough. When I repair those harnesses I remove the entire harness from the door and solder and heat shrink the connections. Makes for a great long time fix.
