Man, rain is life giving! Without it the world would die, so I give it the respect it deserves. It may be wet out there right now, but at least it's green! I am sooooo sick of dead brown hills... At least the place looks alive for a change! Love the rain!!!

Word to that, the only shame is that, it rains so much and then we don't get nuthin for 2 months so by the end of July it's all brown again.
i got to work today to find a puddle under my dest and everyone elses was flooded to. lol and they still wouldnt send us home, stupid poo pushers (i should have called in sick like i was going to)
i don't mind the rain.. can't golf which sucks and the car is dirty as hell and the rain is causing a side skirt to fall off but i'd rather see calgary green for once than lousy brown like it usually is
BAH life sucks right now enffing U of C, year after year they d*ck me around!
I think all institutions of higher learning take this oportunity (summer) to screw you around, cause you to panic, forget to enroll you in things, lose your paperwork forward you to 15 different people that have seemingly less knowledge regarding your request than the previous, and other such pleasurable experiences.
Now imagine you lived 1700kms away from said institution, then you would have an idea of what I went through with SAIT. It's funny, they used to call "Alumni" to raise funds for the school, needless to say they only called me once. After I told them how they made my life a living hell with their incompetence I guess they figured I wasn't interested in donating HAH.
Edit: word to deerfoot sucking, I'm glad I don't have to drive it on my commute, I feel sorry for my wife though.
Haha ya rain is horrible since everything will be green, its just annoying sumtimes lol like when it causes people to drive 30 when the speed limit is 60. Singing in the rain is however fun lol.
haha no shiz people drive slow!! i was doing 80 on crowchild coming home passing people like they are standing still and making me look like as ass.. whatever these new fuzions won't hydroplain for anything.. my old kuhmos could break loose in wet if i wanted them to and these just stick and go
Rain is life giving yes but it can also take it as well. Just ask the people in High River and south of town what they think of the rain.
Has anyone had the chance to check out the Elbow river today? Its covered alot of bike paths and is only around 16 to 24 inches from breaching the banks.
