The vent is a eurovan vent should not be too hard to find, they look nice too! Audi handles are a lot of work to get in and setup but if you were to do it I would go with the newer style a little cleaner looking. I think the fender flares will work but not sure on the back ones how they relate to the rear bumper. Buy my tires first before these and books

I have the flares, you will need different ones depending on if you keep your sideskirts or not (I'm actually not sure if they make sideskirt friendly flares come to think of it). But they should fit the same on the golf/Jetta.

I'm actually debating selling my flares, i'm not sure if i'll ever install them.

If you go the cheap route you can just cut holes in your fender to look like those vents but I think it looks like crap because it's not rolled like the original vents. Most people take the Eurovan one, cut it out and weld it into the fender.

The Audi handles, I like them, they look really good but they take some body work for sure, as Blair said. Also, I think those are the "old style". But either way, I'd be willing to bet that Simon can get them.

If you really want flares maybe we could work out a partial trade for your sideskirts . Actually what I should trade for is a front bumper as mine sucks big time.

Edit: oops, I should've read Blairs post better, I basically repeated some of it.

Well some places actually sell the whole fender and you just get it painted (probably like the one you have in the picture)

Yeah you can get the Jom turbo fender with the vents already in them but I have heard the fitment is generally poor

Any body panel that's not genuine VW will give you hard time when installing. The worst are replacements from Asia but C1 panels from Italy are not much better. On my Mk III Jetta I had Golf's hood from C1, paper thin sheet metal got dented just from pushing when closing the hood.

haha, Both Russell and myself have Italian hoods. Personally, I'm fine with mine I don't think it's that bad.

Mine is holding up... maybe you just need to lighten up on the hood closing it just needs a tap tap
