    Re: Wheels again

Well I am not sure if I really like any of them but if I had to pick I would go with the Spyders. I do have to say someone should get in on those Spyn wheels, I like the RG3, mesh 3 piece forged 18" for $600 canadian!!!!!!!!!

I would roll on stock rims before I even considered any of the three options presented.

You made the right choice to move from 19" to 17". I'll pick the Spyder ones.

Mikes have phatter spokes (a little) and they dont taper off at the end, and they're not all bling'd out, and he has more lip...and no rivet's haha

I'd say if you're going 17's, go polished 5spoke TT's ALL the WAY to the bank man..I seriously considered doing it...look on vortex classifieds, almost alwasy a set for sale

                Re: Wheels again

I have serious and weird issues with most rims, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I kind of hate them all (sorry, I know wheels are a personal thing), but I hate the Spyders the least.

I'm going to second j'aime ta femme's advice and say look for a nice pair of 5 spokes. Except, don't pick the ones I want, which is sort of tough since I haven't narrowed it down quite yet.

You and everyone else ....I thought of the five spoke option but it is just so DONE....I really like the multi spoke look but not sure what it would look like in 17's......all the really sweet rims don't come in 17's but the amount of highway and secondary road driving I do... 19's just ain't cutting it anymore...... not to mention Calgary roads themselves....I still like the FRD 68, I was trying for an ACE Trend look. What I really really want but just doesn't exist ( in 17's) is these:

anyways thats my 2 Cents to all you haters....

Monte Carlo's are one of the hottest 17" rims out there IMO, and if I was in your position that is what I would be rocking.

Not a huge fan of any of the multi-spoke ones, but the Spyders aren't too bad.

I like 5-spoke, but with DISH.

okay...I like all of 'em with dish
