Looking at getting CAA membership today. Anyone know of any ways to get a discount on membership? Or other comments about CAA?

I don't know about discounts but I know that I was stranded with a broken timing belt and the tow charge was going to be $150. It only cost me $67 to sign up using my cell phone on the side of the road, with the tow truck guy standing in front of the car waiting to hook me up. It was not a VW I was driving at the time.

I usually use it for movie tickets the most. With AMA I can get them for 7bux I believe.Sidewalks are for normal walkin.... aint no room for fancy walkin....Comment

With AMA you can also get a discount on membership when you fill up at Husky / Mohawk. Last year I think I got about $25 off.
AMA was a HUGE benefit when I was getting the bugs out of my standalone EFI on my Neon. I think I had about 6 tows in a 4 month span.
More than paid for itself!
