                Hey Bart,
They are a McCulloch 5000k kit and yes they are alligned properly. The car is on a slight tilt. Its basically flat on the driver side and then angles upwards on the passenger side!!
                Cheers

The light output is awesome!!! I had originally orderd 8000k thinking the higher the number the brighter the light but I was promptly told otherwise. Apparently all OEM HIDS are 4300k and offer the most light output. The higher the number, the more bluey/purple the light is which I didn't want. I'm very happy to say the least!

Yeah I have the 6000k kit on mine, kinda wish I got the 5k instead but I'm still happy with what I have.

On that note though, the beam pattern on the mk4 FK projectors sucks, if anyone is thinking of getting them, don't.

The k number has nothing to do with brightness. It is the colour temperature.

the K stands for degrees kelvin. Also, that has nothing to do with heat.

4000k has a slight orange hue, then moving across the spectrum, 5500-6000k is about where white light is, then moving across more, 8000k is getting into a blue hue.

I agree the beam patern is sooo narrow it is not even funny. I wish I would have waited for the hellas but with one busted light and my car in the shop I didn't have the time.
