left rear motor mount in a OBD1 VR6??

i think thats what it is. I'm sure its not suppost to be like that! any help on changing it or tips on what to do about it would bea great help.

I would go with a definate yes. It doesn't look like it is hard to change, stick a jack with a block up wood under the motor and unbolt the old one and go. Atleast that is how it looks to me.
