Sounds iffy. You would think that the car would be property of the church, not the Kardinal. I know for example the house that the houses that preists live in are owned by the church since they take a vow of poverty.

I am pretty sure the pope wouldn't have an aftermarket stereo, or cellphone holder for that matter.
