  • De-Baged but paint looks fades around letters

I debaged my jetta on the weekend. it was super easy but now you can see where the TDI and the JETTA used to be. does anyone know any good methods to to get the non faded paint that was behind the letters to match the rest??

might be worth putting a few coats of swirl remover in that area too...your paint is far too new for it to be sun-faded, so with a bit of lovin I'm sure you can get it a uniform color.

I debadged mine after about 6 months of ownership, and had no discoloration whatsoever (black car).

Polishing it is a good idea, with a mild polish such as used in some scratch removers.
