  • Bypassing Alpine DVD

Hey does anyone know how to make my dvd deck play while i'm driving, and without my ebrake up that is... Do I have to rewire something or get a switch and attach the ebrake power source to it so I can toggle it on and off? Just let me know if someone knows how to do this thanks.

search the sounddomain.com forums it should let you know.. i'm pretty sure on alot of the alpines you have to wire up this funky toggle device.

Or, if you wanna be getto, if you have some slack in your ebrake you could probably pull it up 1 click, that's enough to turn your daytimers off too.

But I warned you, it's ghetto. And if you don't have slack don't do it.

Thanks for the heads up i'll give him a call. I just purchased the PAC module off ebay, everyone at vortex was saying it will do everything I need, I just need to find an installer and i'll ask that sean guy.

                  Thanks!!
