  • Should i keep these 17" rims?

Just wondering what people think these rims and tires look like? I am planning on putting them on my new jetta that i get but really wish they were 18or19's. Would they look better if i drop the car down and bit?
Or should i just try to sell them and go out and get some bigger and better rims?
    Thx

They are not bad I think they would look cool with the centres colour matched depending on the car colour, but 17s can look a bit small on MK4s so bigger would be better

change up the size. 18's are the new 17's and 19's are the new 18's.

$500? I should be able to get more for them then that shouldnt I? They only have 8000km on them from last summer and they have kumho 215/45/17 on them. I dont know what wheels are worth used though Were buyin a new house and car within the next few wks so if im gona loose to much between the differnce i might not be able to.

Well unless you refinished them to 18" Blairs comment stands

Honestly it's all in what you like, but I think either way (keep the 17's or sell them and buy 18's) you'll probably end up wanting to lower it eventually anyway. If you're reasoning for buying 18's is to fill the wheel well more, you may not be happy in the end, and will probably want to lower it a bit anyway. That's my 2 cents.

So u think i should put the money into a lowering kit rather then 18 or 19's and see if that makes me happy 1st? Been looking at C1 and there kits. What would be best to throw in there just for lowering purposes without spending huge amounts?
