Soundsurround = slow service

Is it just me or does sound surround have slow service. I bought a dvd deck about 2 1/2 weeks ago and they got it shipped from montreal. It still hasnt come in?? Anyone else have slow shipping problems from them? they dont keep in touch either.

i honestly wouldn't have let them order it in and just went elsewhere you shouldn't have to wait for stuff. ESPECIALLY after 2.5 weeks! that is nuts

I learned my lesson from a few bad installs at the south end Soundsaround.

haha ya thats the same guy!! crazy man. Hes funny and all but whatever he says is LIES! lol well for the most part. Well finally my deck is in who knows how long install will take from them :S.
