    New grills....where should I go to get it painted?

    Hey guys.....

    I've had this for a few weeks now and been meaning to ask but I have been so besy with work...working 10 to 15 hour days.

    But anyways I got myself a new grill for the Jetta, and I'm just wondering where is a good place in the city to bring it and get it painted? Of course a place that will do a good job and not break the pocket book...lol

    Mr.Chippy should hook you up pritty good. i work at vw so ill ask them what kind of a deal then can give me....

      Paid members get discounts at Rudy's in the NE....there should be some threads about it somewhere if you search......

      BTW, did you buy those couches off of me??? They look familiar.....

        i always wondered, what if you bought a spray can of color matched paint from paintscratch.com and did it yourself.....only about $35.00.

                no trust me i have a can of OEM reflex silver and i tried to paint my hoodnotch myself .... i sanded.. primed.. wetsanded.. painted clearcoated over 2 days and it looked like ass and didn't match.. too many flakes went into it.. i leave body shop work to body shops

                  I'm painting mine myself, but not with a spraycan......I still have my autobody equipment sitting around

                    Thanks guys but your after getting a little off topic....still need a place to bring this.....Mr.Chippy who's that and Rudy's?? where might that be or a phone number would help.
