I'd really love to do votex all around but it's so damned pricey. EuroGear has a promising R32 style kit for the Jetta. The front bumper is available and the rear is currently being fab'd. From what I've seen it looks really nice and clean.

Yeah, I am planning on getting the Eurogear front, but Smartiepants tale of woe has got me reconsidering. I may just end up going with the votex front. I wish there were more options for rubstrip free jetta fronts.

If I were to go votex, I'd like to get the euro front bumper without the marker holes. Don't know from where though... maybe we can get some better pricing if we both order.

Im sure Rudy's could easily fill the holes before painting.

The eurogear stuff is good material, however I have not been impressed with the fitment, in hindsight I would not buy it again. It was alot of work to get to fit even that well, and if you see it in person, it does not fit very well.

I guess one part that stuck out about that red jetta is the front VW emblem was colour matched to the car.....I never saw the 5th ave Jetta, so not sure if that was something they did...

Thanks for the heads up on the eurogear stuff. Too bad, really... I dunno if I'm ready to drop $1500 + paint/install for a votex front/rear bumper.

Yeah, I actually had them paint the front emblem on the car the same color. I've always liked that look!!! I guess it was definately our old car!!
