Hey.. is there any "ghetto" way of converting my Stock Headlights to Smoked head lights??? Like maybe buying a cover or painting.. i want them to look like these..
heat oven to 275deg... stick headlight into oven for 30-40 seconds.. take headlight out of oven and pull off front plastic/glass.. cover unwanted areas with glad press n seal.. cut with putty knife to remove excess paint like crazy.. let it dry 8hrs or more.. clearcoat (optional) let dry long time too..
peel off excess glue from glass plastic and put it back onto main headlight body where the sealing seam is.. put main body in oven @ 275 for a 1 minute to heat glue back up.. take out of oven and stick glass/plastic back on it and tighten it up really fast and make sure you dont' mess up or they'll let water/air.. if done right you'll get dope lights
alright.... i just have one problem, i dont know how to take the head light off the car... is it as easy as the tails?? and what paint should i buy????

It is easy, just take the front bumper off and remove 4 bolts. Unplug the wiring and you are done. I am actually doing the wifes right now

no its easy kris.. you shouldn't have to remove the battery just the case.. you do have to remove the front bumper tho.. so its a good idea to clean your CAI filter since you have access to it
oh btw remove the bulbs before you put them in the oven
Opps lol they wheren't on there or long and the oven wasn't hot. Did you remove the crome pieces from the housing to paint them?
