  • 3 Inch Brullen Turbo Back (Under Car Pix)

As Requested, Here are the pix of the Brullen 3" Turbo Back Exhaust... (cross posted from www.GenerationIV.com)

It looks like it's "rusted" but it's because they paint it black at Brullen and the paint is coming off underneith.. i assure you, it an't rust.

That's just the colour that SS turns after awhile.

Peter, I don't think it will sound like your VR6. But it won't be rice either. With the turbo, it will stifle a lot of the sound, unless you got with a small muffler.

I am wondering if a 3 in exhaust would cause a loss of power due to the fact that there is no backpressure..
I own a luxury econobox..is that an oxymoron?

I had a sound clip of my exhaust over on GenerationIV.com .. I will cross post it here..

Bad recording sound, but you get the idea. It sounds *VERY* VR6'ish.. *VERY*!!

BTW: I have a k04, so no back presure loss that I've noticed.. also Another guy here has it w/ k03 and didnt' notice any either. They noticed some overspool from the 3 Inch DP, but then you can just pick up the ECS N75 valve (or, use the dawes devices like me) to compensate...Now when I hit the gas it is GLUED to 22PSI

          Here's the link.

3 inch exhaust on a turbo won't hurt any too much as the turbo will always cause a constant amout of back pressure so by freeing it up the turbo, it will allow the turbine to spin faster and easier. ALL GOOD.
