Hood Release

Anyone ever have problems with the hood release? The one inside the car.. I went to open the hood yesterday and the lever went all loose after opening it and now it doesn't work at all.. anyone have that happen before? Did you have to take it in to get looked at?

i had a problem with my hood relaesenot releasing but it was at the hood and i just spayed some lube on it and it worked fine

sounds like you may have broken the cable or the part of the cable that attaches to the handle in the car broke off..

I broke the handle/cable in my old Cavalier. Best to ask dealership to fix. It can be a real biatch.
