Yes, you may be right . . . but it's not Wal-Mart and, last I checked, they don't take out secret insurance policies on their workers so they can cash in if one of them is killed on the job.

[QUOTE=LaDubDude] Wal-Mart . . . go figure. However, I'm sure all you union types will be joining me in boycotting the big American giant after they shut down that store in Quebec. [QUOTE]

Just so ya know most of us Americans HATE Wal-Mart also

                  Yeah, thanks Dave!

Quick question for you: I got my oil change done there yesterday... but I checked the level and it's pretty high. You know on the dipstick where there is the checkered part... it's my understanding that the oil isn't supposed to go above the top of the checkered part... well the oil is above the bend in the stick... which is well above the checkered part.

Is this bad? I know the oil cap says not to overfill or you could screw up your cat. Did they overfill my oil?

if you're above the bend, then yeah there might be a bit too much oil in there...

and FYI, here's a good read!

You can just syphon some out if you have a way to do it. Also make sure you're not on a slight slope - it can screw up the reading.

Well if there is too much oil in there, I'm sure as hell not syphonning it out. I'll take the car back there and they can fix it! I'm not paying near $50 for an oil change, and then have to fix their work.
