Diagnosing some abs problems on a 93 Corrado when I stumbled on this...

    The front..

    The inside...

    Deep inside!

The water was pouring out of this thing! It filled up cause of the hood grommet was pulled out of the firewal/waterwell by an undisclosed aftermarket stereo shop to poke a monster cable through. They left a gaping hole and water was pouring down the abs harness into the control module.

    Insanity I tells ya!

just air dry it and it'll be good as new!!

i actually once dropped my cell phone in the rain. an hour later, i found it on the pavement...full of water. non of the buttons really worked and it wouldn't receive calls. it kept turning on and off (probably shorting itselt out). well, took it all apart, dried it as well as i could and left it to dry overnight. put it back together in the morning and it worked fine again. thank goodness too....since it was a new phone and ionly had it for 2 months.

How's this for a story. A couple years ago I was in a public bathroom and my phone -- a 4 year old samsung tank -- slipped out of my jacket, right into the urinal I was currently making use of. I couldn't just leave it there (!) so picked it out and washed it thoroughly in the sink (along with my hands). It didn't skip a beat.

Man with that rust there I wouldn't even be able to fix it. It has probably eaten away most of the pcb and covered all the solder joins in rust!

did it wash up on shore or what? Cause 7 hours of pure under water when its deal..Thats..impossible haha

I dropped my v60 in a beer and it died (I left it off for 24hr to dry too)
