Every time its dry outside I begin longing for summer....
The main reason is one of these days I will kill the white whale...in my case, its that darn VQ engine of Nissan's (the 3.5L found in the G35, 350Z, Altima and Maxima to name a few)....
I've been utterly destroyed by them when:
1) I was stock
2) I was chipped but no other mods
3) I was chipped and had my ghetto intake in
My friend in his ITR comes close but still loses, as does our friend with an RSX Type S, but all of us are out of their league it seems...I've lost from a roll and from a dig...my friends have lost cleanly from a dig and slowly got walked from a roll.
I now have my full custom exhaust but predict another painful death in the summer...has anyone on this board faced off with one of those and come away with a clean victory??? There are horror stories on the audiworld forums of people with the APR Stage III kit still getting walked from a roll by those cars and by 3.2TL's......
