Question about OEM 6 CD Changer

Does anyone knows if the OEM 6pack changer which works with MK4's will also work in an 05' Passat?
If so, is it direct plug and play or would it require some kind of adapter?

Direct plug in and mounting. the same changer fits jetta, golf, beetle and passat
