  • Where is my paint code?

I thought it was on the door, but I guess it's not or at least I didn't know what I was looking for. Any one know where I can find it on my MK3? I need to have it today.

    Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind, apparently it's in the trunk, I'll look there. (why couldn't I have found that 5 minutes ago)

Haha, no I wasn't but thanks for the thought! As for the missing grill I'm seriously considering buying a cheap stock one until my lights get here. I'm still undecided on which Jetta Grill I want.

you know what, honestly for black you don't have to worry about a code (unless its pearl or something...), we never used one in the body shop, infact, I was able to paint black primer, and clear over it with no noticeable difference (needed to sell the beemer fast!)....

Yes there is only 1 "black", the same one VW uses. It is called Universal Black and all shops will know it by that name.
