I bet they do. I was tinkering with the idea of making such a thing awhile ago but I just don't have the time these days. I would have used the VW needles and everything they would have looked totally stock. Maybe oneday I will pick it up again. I do see my 50+g's returning his omori now and getting this instead though

They are pretty sassy alright... Until you get to this part:

                Autometer Nexus Pricing:

                Control Module $199
                Pyrometer/EGT $229
                Oil Pressure $249
                Water Temp $199
                Oil Temp $199
                Boost/Pressure $249
                Fuel Pressure $249
                Nitrous Pressure$249

Autometer Dash Pod 3 Gauge $46
                Autometer Cluster Pod $71.25
                Autometer Piller Pod 2 Gauge:65
Autometer Pillar Pod 3 Gauge 65

Those are, of course, US dollars.

It would take a large lottery winning to make me able to stomach those prices.

But not really if you're replacing a VDO with a $300 dollar gauge, i'd spend another 150 to get this one!

This is because of the altitude in Calgary. We are higher up and so ambient air pressure is less than it is at sea level, which is the pressure the gauges are calibrated for.

I have 3 boost gauges from different manufacturers and they are all off by a little when the engine is off. If your gauge reads 0 psi when the engine is off then you know you have a messed gauge.

I agree....when its running it doesn't make a difference (kinda like forced induction cars have an advantage at different altitudes of being more consistent...) The guage will read what it sees, so if its off and it sees a little less than 0, it will read it, when the car is on and idling and it sees -17psi, thats what it will read....Keep in mind VDO used to make guages for VW's right? Oh, and I can see my needle at night....If anything I would get the same guage as Khyron has, that thing is awesome (if it would only read psi!)

EDIT: that autometer guage is awesome!

you can hookup vag-com and run output tests, you will see if they are off or not then.
