well the thing with the VR6 clutch is that its a 228mm clutch, and you need a 228mm flywheel to mate it to. The stock 1.8t stuff is 220mm I believe, so if you upgrade to the VR6 clutch, you NEED a suitable flywheel (whether it be a stock g60, a lightened one, whatever). the lighter the flywheel, the faster the revs are going to drop, but the might gain a couple horsepower. the stock 1.8t flywheel I believe is 21lbs or somewhere around there, so lightened options include ones from 15lbs down to 7, depending on how extreme you wanna go.
