I like the Dodge Diesel, however I hate the 2500 series. Too damned big. Put the diesel in a 1500 (or better yet a Dakota) and I would go shopping tomorrow.

I'm a reverend, not a Catholic priest. I'm allowed to marry, procreate, lead an otherwise normal life, and I'm also allowed a sense of humor...

So right. If they put a deisel in the Dak I would be all over it. I have Daks as work trucks & I really like them, the 4 door at least not too keen on the 2dr extended cab one though.

I had heard that they were putting a diesel in the Jeep Liberty which would also be nice. I am pretty sure that my next car will be a diesel.

They are doing a diesel in the Liberty for next year, but it will be a 2.5l 5 cyl, not the big ole monster Cummins.
