Carrera GT!!!

Well fellas,
I just had the opportunity to see a gray Porsche carrera gt up close and personal. South centre just got there first one (presold) and I went to look at it at their service location. All I can say is that pictures do not do this thing ANY justice. By far this is the most beautiful car I've ever seen! If you get a chance, it will be in the Porsche showroom on Monday and tuesday. The lucky new owner takes delivery on Wednesday!

I have seen one in person here in L-town .. and your right the pictures don't come close to describing it .. absoluting amazing .. also i think it looks bigger in the pictures then in real life.

I read the test in car&driver, they let Jerry Seinfeld do the test, they flew him to germany and all that....it was cool....I would also be all over that car! Can't believe the price tag though!!

I think Seinfeld also possesses the very first and very last air-cooled 911 built in his private collection (could have my facts mixed up though - but he's got a huge car collection).

Back on topic though - I'm going to head down to SCFC tomorrow and check 'er out and take some pics.

I was at scfc yesterday to see the gt, and it was pretty amazing, to say the least. Rear tires were something like 335 30 or 35 series 20", frikken steamrollers.

Just got back from the dealership myself - the car is ridiculously hot! I also checked out their 997 Carrera S in the showroom - toight like tiger!!
