Let me know anything you can.. C1 wont let me look at one without buying :P

I found some product specs, one company makes theirs out of 1” diameter .058” wall thickness 4130 chromoly tubing. They claim its much stronger than ¼” wall thickness aluminum.

If you think about how much stress a sway bar can withstand, that is probably similar - they ususally are tubular or solid steel I think, 22-28mm thick?

Chromo is fuggin' expensive!! So, we'll go with 3/16" wall x 1/2" x 1" rectangular tubing.... Or 3/16" wall x 1" od round tubing....

      thanks!!
