    Window Reg Gone

    Hey guys - passenger side window reg went last night haha..it was funny because since I bought the dub, Ive been expecting it to happen..I just looked over and laughed.

    anyways, if I run over to northland, will they send someone to tape my window up right away or am I going ot have to wait around?

        Big up's to 5th ave for taking my car in right when I called..Big downs to the jerk ass at northland who sassed me.


        called 5th ave, they said "how soon can you be here"
        called northland, they said "Can't help you out, we're busy today. I can't even guarentee we'd be able to tape it up for ya"

            Hmm, NL's been really good to me.....Had both my regs done....they were a little slow on one thing, but not a big deal when that hottie at the payment desk is chatting it up with you!

              Ya, Ill still go to NL to get my servicing done, but just for this little thing they really let me down.

              Like Mike put it to me this morning "they dont give a flying f*ck about your window" but I feel that they should. What was I supposed to do? Leave my window in the door and wait till tomrorrow or the next day to get my window fixed? Lucky for me I park indoors...

                Just out of curiosity are either of your cars 2002 or higher? The metal clip fix was somewhere in middle of the 02 model year. I keep thinking I'm safe, then I look at the duct tape and garbage bag and think maybe not.

                    mine is an 03.5 gasp lol.. and oddly 1 coilpack went on me but no window regs so i guess i'm lucky..
