Edit: I had a bad experience with FK spacers before. Blair was driving a couple car lengths ahead of me, and was still able to see my wheels literally wobbling themselves off the car

EU Tuning can get you H&R spacers if needed a little more money but a little more quality.

Just drill them bigger, the lugs are tapered and the wheels holes are also tapered (the side the lug seats) so they will center.
A tire shop, when installing rims in that stuation will drill them out, it only smaller by a few millimeters at the most.
(My wheels were drilled so the lug nuts would fit through)

FK had a couple of bad batches of 15mm spacers. I have 8's in the front and 20s in the back for 2 years now, and haven't had a problem.
