So I'm in love with the GLI headlights, so I finally caved and did the joey-mod 
mmmmmm....the joey-mod is complete :mrgreen: I only painted the outer 'rim' just because I don't like the full 'joey mod' done on Jetta headlights. Plus, I do believe I mentioned how much I love the GLI headlights
Me likey! I turned out pretty well. The only biatch was after putting the bulbs back in, a wee bit of debris got into the headlight unit (doh!) Otherwise I was really happy with the painting.
my wife got a kick out of it too -- she came home and thought I had cookies in the oven...she was a bit suprised to see my headlights
