Do you have proof to backup your statement?

I’ve heard and experienced some name brand HIDs headlights got troubles too. I agreed it is very special for a car equipped with HID system but when you experience stuff like the xenon burner tube crack due to huge vibrations from stiff aftermarket suspensions and moisture got into the PHILIPS ballast then fried the electrical (it is supposed to be a bulletproof unit). Then you will understand that everything include the world can turn only one way. Well, something that never heard by you doesn’t mean they don’t exist or depends how lucky you are.

OK Bart. Now you got the OEM HID. My guess is the scratch resistance of the clear plastic will be somewhat similar to the halogen unit but we can test it with sand paper and a hammer. How about the sealant? Let’s steam cook it in the oven.

    Life is all good again.

yes because i have tried all 3 ambrose.

the lens is not plastic, its glass. i have it 3m'ed with 4mm plastic, a BB wont go through it.

when my lights stop working in any way, i will let you know!

      cheers.

That is a lie. I have FK(depo) Ecodes, and they are a million times better than stock. I have had no quality or performance issues with them, and given the chance to do it over, I would buy them again.

the fk's i had were no good, the beam was scattered all over the place. the stock lights had a better cut off. my fk's tried simulating the ecodes, but they looked like nike checkmarks, lol.
