  • Mbc + Tip = Bad

Ok I was bored and wanted to see what the MBC would do with my FMIC installed.

It seems if I try to run the MBC with a n75 f or J it always hits the highest peaks .... its like the MBC isnt even there. If I dial the lowest amount of boost ... its still the same. I tried every configuration.

With the MBC bypassing the n75 it would work and control boost. But if I just drive normally for 10-15 mins it would go into limp mode. It would either stay at 5 psi or hit 12-15 then limp. Whats weird is when I have the MBC installed it sounds like there is TONS of air being vented out somewhere.

I'm still trying to get the MBC to work without the diode.

i wonder if you have a leak somewhere. one of those leaks that only shows itself when you push it hard.

very tricky =) Im trying to get the Tiptronic to work without installing the diode. Maybe I'll try the n249 mod to see if it works better.
