Lets say your boost gauge readings are 17psi but you still feel a loss in power. If your throttle body is closing early would your PSI drop or stay the same?

Could be an error in your butt dyno? Perhaps it needs re-calibration?

      Not enough fuel?

        Or turbo inefficiency
        or intercooler heatsoak
        or intercooler inefficiency
        or a non-adapted ECU
        or not cold enough plugs
or lack of fuel pressure (get a 4 bar, they are cheap!)

PSI will drop as the throttle closes usually. The MAP reading is taken post-TB.
